We’ve been sitting on this decision for a while… and now it’s official:
Creative Corner is now completely free to attend.

No tickets. No price tag. Just show up.
We’re moving to a donation-based model because this space was never meant to be transactional — it was meant to be transformational.

Why the change?

To be real — charging for tickets created pressure. Not just on us, but on the performers, the vibe, and the people curious to come for the first time. When money is involved, there’s this unspoken expectation that something needs to be worth it. And we get it — we’ve felt that too.

But Creative Corner was built to be a space where creativity flows without judgment — where anyone can come share, listen, grow, and just be. Making it free removes that barrier and opens the door for more beautiful, unexpected moments.

How we’ll keep going

This shift doesn’t mean we’re dropping everything financially — it means we’re inviting support in a different way.

We’ll have a donation option live on the site (through Ko-fi, Venmo, and at the event).
If you believe in what we’re building, feel the energy, and want to help it grow — any contribution helps. It keeps the lights on, the vibes strong, and the space open.

What about Afterdark?

Afterdark is still running as a paid add-on. That’s our way of keeping the late-night party sustainable and giving back to the artists and crew who pour themselves into it. Think of it as your backstage pass for supporting the community in a deeper way.
